European Colonism was similar in both Africa and in Latin America. The boundary lines of each was determined by europena agreements from abroad. The societies of both were disregarded compeltely. Another similarity was that multiple countries had claims to the land. The majority of the colonies in both were goverened by direct rule. Native traditions were overcome rather than tolerated or developed.

Multiple countries had claims on the land, and they also native traditions were overcome and not tolerated or developed. They were also both governed by direct rule.

Colonialism in Africa and America were similar that each multiple country had claims to the land. Except colonies ruled by British. The African Colonies were governed by direct rule similar to European rule of colonies in America. Native traditions were overcome rather than tolerated.

European colonialism in Africa was similar to Latin America because the border lines were decided by European ties from overseas. They were both similar in that many countries had claims to their lands. The only ones that didn't have claims were the ones owned by the British. These African colonies had the same direct rule government as the Americans. As a result, European officials occupied all the positions with authority. This caused their native traditions to become vanquished, meaninf they were forbidden and not developed. In other countries , such as China, the main concern was just to make money not chnage their culture.
